These Terms govern access to and use of WithinSpec by business customers and their authorized users.
WithinSpec is for use by businesses and their authorized employees, contractors, and representatives.
You own your content.
By using WithinSpec, you give us permission to process your content only to run the product and deliver the services you request, such as generating inspection reports and captions. This permission does not give WithinSpec ownership of your content and ends when your workspace is closed.
WithinSpec is used to capture photos, video, and audio in real-world work environments, including through Airwave smart safety glasses.
You are responsible for following applicable laws, site rules, workplace policies, and safety requirements when using the product. WithinSpec does not control how or where you use it.
WithinSpec helps generate inspection reports, documentation, and analysis, but all outputs are advisory.
WithinSpec is not a licensed inspector, engineer, or code official, and its outputs are not a professional opinion, certification, or determination of code compliance. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all reports, findings, and decisions made using WithinSpec, and for ensuring that any inspection is performed and signed by appropriately qualified personnel.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data.
If there is a confirmed security issue that materially affects your content, we will notify you promptly.
WithinSpec owns its software, designs, and trademarks. You own your content.
To the extent allowed by law, WithinSpec is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, misuse of the product, or reliance on advisory outputs.
When your agreement ends, your workspace and all associated content are permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
